I want to share with you an exciting I opportunity I have to go to Uganda Africa with an organization called MUSANA. I will be teaching jewelry making skills at a womens empowerment center. This is an amazing organization! They started as an orphanage, and now have 4 schools, a trade school, women's empowerment center, a clinic and a hospital! They are completely self sustaining. They employ locals to build and maintain all the facilities. Please take a moment to go to their website and see what an incredible group this is!
If you would like to partner with me, you can purchase one of these special pieces - featuring a sun (which is what Musana means in African). I created these special sun inspired pieces just for this trip! All proceeds from these pieces will go directly to funding my trip. If I have any extra, I will be purchasing tools and supplies to bring to them!
