Shipping Methods

Ready made pieces are sent within 5 business days of completed payment, custom pieces, such as rings will be made to order and shipped within 2 weeks of purchase. Items are shipped USPS Ground Advantage Mail. Delivery confirmation is included with all Domestic packages. If you would like to insure your package let me know and I will send you an adjusted invoice.

I will do everything possible to insure that your item arrives to you safely and in a timely manner

Your jewelry will arrive beautifully gift wrapped in a small box. Multiple items will be combined, unless separate boxes are requested. You will be able to complete this request during check out. If this is a gift being shipped directly to the recipient, you can use the gift box option during check out to include the gift message. If you do not use the gift option, there is no way for me to know these are gifts and your pieces will be wrapped together in one box.

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be overjoyed with your purchase. If you are not, I will gladly alter or exchange your purchase for something else. Or, I will gladly issue a refund.

The item(s) must be returned to me within 30 days of the purchase date. Jewelry must be returned to me in its original condition and box. If the piece does not arrive or is altered or damaged, I cannot accept the return. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility. You can choose a refund or exchange for store credit as your return.
